Privacy Notice
ZAD Ent Ltd stores information that visitors voluntarily submit through contact, demo, consultation, corporate-services and newsletter forms in our private website database. Information may include names, email addresses, business names, phone numbers, selected products, submitted messages, requested services, retail evaluation access requests, and submission dates. A copy of a request may be retained in an email notification queue and sent to our company mailbox at g.m@zadentltd.com.
For website demo booking, visitors can verify ownership of an email address using a short-lived one-time code. We record that verification and the associated email account, but we do not store the plain verification code in the database. We do not request visitors' passwords for any separate software products. When someone requests Retail evaluation access, we store their name, email and optional phone, send a short-lived verification code, and after verification prepare evaluation accounts in our separate Retail demonstration databases. Their credentials are emailed directly after successful account creation and are not stored as plaintext in the website notification queue. The evaluation service uses test data only.
We record meaningful website requests and limited interaction events, such as requesting a sign-in code, accessing the retail demo link or opening a company contact link. Contact-link records may identify the contact method and page but do not prove an external message was sent. We do not collect external WhatsApp or phone-call content through the website. Technical anti-spam controls use session cookies.
We use these records to respond to inquiries, administer requested communications, and investigate problems. Newsletter entries are stored as requested subscriptions, not automatically added to a bulk mailing provider. Records should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Do not include payment information, medical records or passwords in inquiry messages. Database access is limited by server configuration. This notice is a starting disclosure; review it with a privacy professional and implement an appropriate retention schedule before making the site available to the public.
